What is PICI?
PICI is an extension of the ICI interpretive programming language for
the Palace Client. It is a contraction of the name Palace-ICI.
Although not a replacement for Iptscrae, however, it comes close and
allows you to do things that are impossible in Iptscrae.

ICI is a C-like general purpose interpretive programming language.
